Return and refund

Conditions for return and refund:

• If the product has not been installed within one month of purchase, return it to us and we will refund the price of the product before delivery charges upon arrival.

• If the product has not been installed and has arrived damaged, we will send you the parts necessary for its repair at our expense. It is strongly recommended to examine the product before installing it to ensure that it has not been damaged during delivery.

• If the product has been installed, it is not possible to have it refunded or returned.

How to make a return ?

• Fill out the form and follow the instructions to submit your return request. We will email or call you to confirm your return.

• Print the confirmation of your return request and include it in your package.

• Send your package. We will email you when your refund is complete.
